VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS

In any case, orders in progress will maintain their conditions for 7 days from the moment they are confirmed.

WARRANTY
Legal Warranty: In accordance with RDL 1/2007, durable goods have a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery (including goods with digital elements supplied continuously for a period of less than 3 years).
This does not include defects caused by negligence, impact, misuse or tampering, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by an authorised Technical Service where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use.
In cases where the use of the warranty is justified, the item will be repaired, replaced, discounted or refunded, in accordance with the legally established terms.

COMMON SYSTEM OF VALUE ADDED TAX OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
In accordance with Law 37/1992, of 28 December, regulating this tax, and European Directive 2008/8/EC, the transaction may be exempt or not subject to VAT depending on the buyer’s country of residence and their status (business/professional or private individual). The price of products sold by FORMIN S.A. includes Spanish VAT. However, the final price of your order may vary depending on the VAT rate applicable to the order. For orders destined for other countries in the European Union, Spanish VAT will be deducted and the VAT rate corresponding to the destination country will be applied. The prices of the Services may change at any time at the sole and exclusive discretion of FORMIN S.A. The Services are not subject to price protection or refunds in the event of price reductions or promotional offers.
RETURNS POLICY
Cancellations and/or returns will only be accepted under the following terms.
Only returns of orders with evidence of damage during transport will be accepted, and any complaints must be made at the time of receipt of the order.
If the product arrives in poor condition, FORMIN S.A. will cover the shipping costs incurred for the return, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been used, either in whole or in part.
To process your claim, you must contact us within 24 hours and send us an email to info@forminsa.com indicating your name, order number and explaining in detail what happened.
The customer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108, in accordance with the provisions of BOE-A-2014-3329. To exercise this right, a form is provided where the necessary details can be filled in for the purpose of processing the withdrawal.
How to return products in accepted cases:
To return a product in the cases provided for and accepted by this withdrawal policy, the following instructions must be followed:

In the event of repeated returns or complaints regarding poor condition or defective products by the same customer, FORMIN S.A. reserves the right to refuse further deliveries to that customer.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. Refunds shall be issued within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which we receive the returned product(s) at the specified address.
FORMIN S.A. will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used by the customer when placing the order, and said refund will be subject to FORMIN S.A.’s right to retain amounts for returned products that are damaged. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) minus shipping costs (if applicable).
